Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged, contact us at support@gameonprovisions.com within two (3) days of receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Refunds and Replacements
All refund and replacement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If your request is approved, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement product, depending on the situation.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Once issued, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
